Karen and Chris have recently launched the Fit School Hub, an online community where in addition to 30 minutes of heart raising activity every day, participants have been guided through exercises and challenges and are now able to create their own, do-at-home strength and conditioning programmes.
We’re launching a free to all challenge. A little taster of what’s to come in the Hub.

It’s free to join but here’s what you’ll need to commit to:

You have to do at least 30 minutes of activity every day (no 120 minute walk making up for 2 days sedentary).We start on 15th October.
