At the heart of Fit School is our PE classes.
No, not those scary PE classes in oversized gym knickers, plimsolls and vests but a mixture of boxing, Pilates, resistance training and cardio exercise all designed to get your body moving better.
These fitness classes are programmed to ensure your body is doing all the movements it needs to do to remain healthy and stay active.
There are no age limits and no fitness requirements, just a willingness to have fun. All exercises can be undertaken at different levels.
