Happiness Pilates and Fitness Workshop
The Happiness Pilates and Fitness Workshop is new for 2017, where Karen will design a workshop around the science of happiness.
Using deep breathing to help switch off our fight or flight response and using intense bouts of exercise to help release endorphins.
This will have a bit of everything and hopefully a few laughs too so you leave the class feeling amazing!
This workshop is suitable for all, especially if you really love the feel good factor after exercise. This is also an intimate workshop with lots of one to one time with Karen.
