Mindfulness Pilates Workshop
One of our favourite workshops, Mindfulness Pilates is back for autumn 2017.
In this workshop you'll be taken away from it all with a gentle Pilates class which focuses on mobility and going deep. It's suitable for all levels, even beginners.
This is the workshop to do if you want to treat yourself and get away from it all for a morning. It's also a great workshop to bring friends and family to for a treat out.
If the weather is fine we'll head out for some fresh air before a truly relaxing stretch, breath and 'be' hour.
This workshop with Karen is intimate with plenty of one to one time and also time to ask questions.
