In the popular Mindfulness Pilates Workshop, you’ll go deep into Pilates breathing, mobility and stretching.

This one is suitable for beginners as well as regular attendees.

We’re not looking to extend our repertoire, more to focus on the relaxing side of Pilates. Tune into your body (and tune out from the day).
