You want to get more aerobic and conditioning into your fitness life but need a class specific to your needs?

Since the success of our Anti-Ageing Pilates classes, we've created a Fit School fitness and conditioning class for the over 50s in Epping.

Our Move and Tone class is now happening on Wednesday mornings at 9.30am in Epping.

Sarah will be teaching the classes and we've been working as a team to design them to ensure they fulfill some very specific needs.

  • They'll be aerobic, to raise your heart rate.
  • There'll be resistance training and conditioning work to give you a full body workout.
  • There'll be mobility work to keep your joints working.
  • There'll be some impact work to ensure your bones and joints are getting at least some of the daily dose of impact they need.

We put a lot of research into all of our classes. We focus on key areas like hips, shoulders, backs and balance.

It's not about dumbing down fitness as you age, it's about ensuring you get the fitness training you need for your body so you can still do the things you want to do.

They will of course be fun and there'll be time for a little stretch and play.

When: Wednesdays at 9.30am (term time only)
Where: Epping Ceremony Room (above the library)

Cost: £48 for a course of 6 classes.
