Post natal bodies respond brilliantly to post natal Pilates and with expert guidance you can get your body feeling much more like its old self - perhaps even better!
Karen has over 10 years experience training women after babies, Karen will guide you through a steady sequence of Pilates based exercises, focusing on pelvic floor, abdominal rehab and mobility.
The Tuesday Post Natal Pilates class in Epping, run in partnership with the local children's centre is also baby friendly. They are welcome to come and watch (but do note this is a class for mummies).
WHERE ARE OUR POST NATAL PILATES CLASSES IN EPPING
12.30pm Post Natal with Karen (babies welcome) in partnership with Brambles Children’s Centre (Brambles Room, Epping Registry Office)
8.15pm Pilates Foundations with Karen (United Reformed Church, Epping). This is a steadier paced Pilates class, perfect for those returning to exercise after babies, a break or an injury but please note we'd advise you attend at least one specific post natal course (above) if you can.
